Im searching for a collector that provides Shields that are AV 16, +45HP -2 Damage when enchanted.

Does anyone know where to find this collector?

There isn't one from what I know. If there was Malinons shield would not sell for as much as it does.

It doesn't exist. There is a 12 armor that's 45/2 enchanted, but the only max ones are "while hexed" and "in stance".
